## Tech Stack

This site is built with [Astro](https://astro.build/). It’s styled with [Tailwind CSS](https://tailwindcss.com/). All the content lives right in the codebase as Markdown. I used to run it on [Sanity](https://sanity.io), but once I retired the blog, a whole CMS felt like overkill.

The reading and watching stats come straight from my media log, [what.pm](https://www.what.pm/), and the music from [Last.fm](https://www.last.fm/). The visitor counter lives in [Upstash Redis](https://upstash.com/).

## Typography

The headings use [Instrument Serif](https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Instrument+Serif), the body text uses [Inter](https://rsms.me/inter/), and the menu uses [Geist](https://vercel.com/font). The little details use [Geist Mono](https://vercel.com/font), the kanji use [Kosugi](https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Kosugi), and their meanings are set in the IBM PS/55 screen font.

I’m using [Vercel](https://vercel.com) to host this site.
