Tech Stack
This site is built with Astro. It’s styled with Tailwind CSS. All the content lives right in the codebase as Markdown. I used to run it on Sanity, but once I retired the blog, a whole CMS felt like overkill.
The reading and watching stats come straight from my media log, what.pm, and the music from Last.fm. The visitor counter lives in Upstash Redis.
Typography
The headings use Instrument Serif, the body text uses Inter, and the menu uses Geist. The little details use Geist Mono, the kanji use Kosugi, and their meanings are set in the IBM PS/55 screen font.
Hosting
I’m using Vercel to host this site.
